Liked very very good and excellent breakfasts.

The staff was personable, provided a quick check-in and a late check-out. Exceptionally nice and upscale room with a sleeper sofa, we had a decent stay.

This place offers delicious breakfasts and has cozy, newly furnished rooms that easily accommodate a family with three young children. The rooms come with a big dining table, perfect for family meals, and a comfy bed for a good night's sleep. 🍳

The staff here is incredibly friendly and always willing to assist, rooms come equipped with central heating, a safe, and a cable TV with on-demand movies, plus the location is superb and unbeatable.

This hotel is in a great location right next to the West Acres Mall, and I really enjoyed my stay here; there's also a nice restaurant nearby.

Perfect location, just 2 miles away from the Avalon Events Center! 🌟 My room was top-notch, featuring a cozy bed that made my stay super enjoyable. The bar was buzzing with energy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The room had a hard mattress and a safe. The pool facilities were excellent with separate pools for different ages and a bar with a TV. The suite had plenty of space for a family of 4 with two separate TVs. Clean and comfortable stay. Overall recommend.

The place was clean and wonderful, it had calm and wonderful staff in gracious service. The venue's position was central.

Pity, but the beds were too big.

This hotel was a fantastic value for money. The staff was very friendly and attentive to detail. The location was perfect as we were able to walk to several restaurants for the event we were attending. The rooms were basic but had everything we needed and the air conditioner kept us cool during the hot weather.

Lack of communitation about credit cards between RAMANDA AND Booked.net. There are some people who only deal with cash and have NO CREDIT CARDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THAT IS WHY I DEALT WITH THEM! The customer service represent had no understanding that there some circumstances that I didn't have credit card because of FRAUD ON MY CARD! I understand this is not the hotel problem but mine. But he did make my friend Sharon Shortridge and myself feel small and embrassed! We were willing to pay with cash up front & wanted no part of this. I would pay for the 3 nights plus the $35/night in advance! We were being to think that we had no rooms after travelling all the from WINNIPEG, MANITOBA, CANADA; with a 3 year old.

Wonderful hotel, fairly clean, with restful and wonderful staff in gracious service. Terrific & accommodating rooms with a comfy king bed and hot tub and three young children. Quick check in and late check out. Great and awesome location, eateries and bars close to the venue. Really enjoyed lovely area.

The food at the hotel was excellent, both for dinner and brunch. The quality of the meals surpassed my expectations, and I thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience. the hotel offered a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which was convenient and saved me the hassle of arranging transportation. The shuttle was prompt and efficient, making my travel experience much smoother. Lastly, the hotel had a convenient location, with key attractions and amenities within close proximity, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

The service at the front desk was lacking. During check-in, the staff seemed overwhelmed, resulting in a lengthy wait before I could access my room.
